Just celebrated my bro's birthday 2 days ago, at Itacho Sushi. Once again, "Happy 25th!" :D

My choice, a bad one. Overall, Itacho Sushi food standard was really bad. The 40-cents soya sauce salmon sushi (limited to 4pcs per person) was the saving grace of this overpriced meal. Sushi Tei will be a better choice, me thinks.

It was an impromptu decision going for the L'oreal Expo Sale. I had to collect my Hada Labo new product (for review) from the post office. So I thought I'll just head down to take a look since it was pretty near for me. Hmm.. Somewhat disappointed? Or maybe not?

The sale commences today, ends on Sunday. I reached before 1015am. And, there's already quite a number at the respective counters. Frankly speaking, there isn't much stuff to buy (for me). If you seldom go to such sale, prolly you'll enjoy the sale. I've been to numerous L'oreal sales and the products available for sale are somewhat the same. Anyway, it's individual preference. I saw some really buy alot. Usually, the prices will be slashed down by quite a fair bit at the very last day. However, the more popular products might be sold out by then.

My mini haul. Told ya so. Finally L'oreal Exfotonic is on sale! I love this coz it gives me baby smooth skin after use. Have you tried? It's really THAT awesome. The usual price is $20.90 I think. I got it for $10 :p

But then again, many had problems with the person who conducted the spree. Some of the common problems were: not able to get back refunds despite numerous reminders, unable to contact (be it thru' sms-es, emails, calls, PM-s !!). I can't help but wonder if I'll get any refund for my OOS e/s or will the e/s arrive safely in prolly months' time ?? Well, I'm THAT accommodating that I traveled all the way to the west to collect the e/s instead of opting for mail. It was my 1st time joining OnSugar spree and it wasn't a good one. I believe there're others who have worse experience(s) as compared to mine. Oh well ..

the colors !! 16 in total !! the eyeshadow sizes r bigger than sustainable shadow box's.. 0.8g vs 0.56g.. btw this is brand new except the eyeliners which she said swatched b4.. but tink she used the black one though instead of swatching -,- doesnt matter anyway hahas ! gonna start using it soon ;)

next.. mac blush !! i love the pretty packaging :x got this 'dirty plum' @ mac vivo tangs.. i've never gotten such blush color b4.. this gotta be my very first & i'm like sooo happie hahas ! i've to be light-handed on this or risk having a bruised look :x

this, i jus got yesterday ! the shipment jus arrived on sunday.. and, the sales gal told me there were already ppl asking abt this sephora color beauty kit !! so, i got it immediately without much hesitation :p $59 only !! 5 palettes - 50 eyeshadows - 10 lippies - 5 blush !! < $1 per color.. btw i got this @ ion & my main purpose was to get the mac instant chic blush..

oriks vit C bb cream, i got it as a freebie with purchase of taiwan elle mag.. there's also 4 more bb cream samples ^^ nv heard of this brand.. shall try & see if i like it (:

hmm.. i'm back ;D yea guess i'm kinda lame since i've only like 1 follower right now.. but i'm happie coz @ least got someone read my blog heez :p these few days have been reali lazy.. i dint reali put on eye makeup other than my i-can't-do-without eyeliner & mascara hahas.. LOTDs are kinda days back.. so here goes..

 

this is more of a romantic sweet look as purples & pinks are used in this look.. for the LOTD, i'm using lunasol shining eyes EX04 shining beige for the base, l'oreal colorappeal trio pro 309 rose mauve(unavailable in stores anymore.. i only use the purple & pink, ignore the 1st), l'oreal colorappeal 20 sky blue(which dint reali show up much), clarins eye shimmer limited ed 02 silver(more of white to me).. i'm using stage eye liner 01 backstage black.. i've been using this for some time.. it's not reali a favourite.. umm i dont dislike it that much as well.. the texture is fine & it glides well on my lids without tugging the delicate skin.. i would say that the staying power is not that gd but ironically i dint have to touch up when i used stage brown eye liner.. so gd that it's gonna be used up pretty soon.. i'm gonna get that again when stage is having $10 sales :x for lashes, i'm using majolica majorca's lash bone white fiber.. it's reali veryveryvery gd for priming the lashes b4 use.. it's a must-buy ! i got a backup for this awhile b4 the arrival of the black fiber -,- and, i use shu uemura limited ed gold eye lash curler to curl my lashes btw.. hr glorious macara 01 star black.. i got this sometime back @ robinson expo sale for $20 i tink.. i definitely wont pay retail price for this coz it'll be damn expensive.. it's quite an average mascara so far(using it for the 1st time).. for eyebrow, it'll be the same everytime so do refer to my previous LOTD for more info (: yups dats abt it..

i'm using alobon bake blush 03. i bought a couple of alobon blushers after i read awesome review abt them.. esp in kimoko blog.. i'm loving them so much for the quality & of coz the incredibly low prices.. $7.90 only !! u can hop down to mustafa 24hr shopping center to grab them ;D see that subtle lovely glow on my cheeks ? aren't u convinced enuff ? :p

for face, i'm using l'oreal uv protector (anti-dullness, brightens up skin), clinique air-brush concealer 04 neutral fair(see that it suits my skin tone perfectly hahas.. blends very well.. it doesn't make my under-eye area look cakey.. overall, i like it pretty much.. it retails for $32 i tink) & za 2-way foundation powder shade 20 (tad fair but it looks fine after it oxidised..)

next up is a simple LOTD sans eye shadow :x

the glittery part @ the lower eye area, i'm using lid splash in lavender.. i love eye shimmers, glitters, anything which is sparkling & bling-bling :p

my pretty gel nails.. i did them @ zen beauty located square 2 level 3, beside novena square.. it was on the day before my fren, serene's wedding.. 3rd april.. 18days already & they look amazing stil ;D alot of ladies even aunties say they are so pretty to look @..

ahh i've so much to blog.. my never-ending hauls esp. the recent laneige sale haul (thanks to haru, for the lovely info).. and, guess wad.. i'm the proud winner of kiehl's ultimate white set worth a whopping $331 !! total 5 products !! this was in conjunction with the charity auction i won earlier on.. i'm sooo happieee !!
