CandyDoll is now available @ Watsons. Price range is $25.90 - $33.90 (correct me if I'm wrong). The product range is quite.. pathetic though.. Only lipglosses, lipsticks, mineral face powder.. That's about it.. -___-"

CandyDoll Mineral Face Powder in Crystal Pearl. The powder feels soft and finely-milled.

As seen from the pics, the powder has very fine shimmers. Heard alot of raves about this product. So I might get it eventually? FYI, there's a normal version with no shimmers.

I swatched CandyDoll Lipgloss in Macaroon Pink and Peach Orange. The top right corner swatch is CandyDoll Highlight - Cream Beige.

ZA launched a series of mascaras, eyeliners recently.

I only swatched the eyeliners. Seemed pretty normal to me. A rather intense black. Anyway, I think only the ZA liquid eyeliner is new. The others are repackaged? I know not.

Hmm.. I swatched this CandyDoll Lipstick but I'd no idea what shade is this.. Not stated on the tester.. Milky beige-orange kinda shade..

I've gotten this Ossion Mild Touch Detox Bubble Mask sample from The Sample Store. Never heard of this brand before. Btw it's from Korea and it sounds really promising, judging from what I've read on the website. Anyway, shall try it out !

CLEO magazine freebies (: Lancome Genifique Youth Activating Concentrate sachet sample and Whisper Nights Super Long Overnights Pad. Hmm I've tried the pad and what I can say is it's really SUPER LONG !! I felt as if I was wearing adult diaper (mini version), super uncomfortable -__-" I'll never buy this for sure.

This Sana PorePutty Make Up Base SPF17/PA++ was bought at John Little. It claims to create even-looking skin, by covering the visible pores. Foundation application is made easier. It contains silicon and sebum-absorbing powder. Is it really that good ?

Ignore the $4.90 price tags. I bought these @ 2 for $1 !! ;D

I bought these to complement my face cleansing. I haven't use the wash net yet. The face cleansing brush bristles seem to be a lil' harsh on my skin. Maybe I'll just use it to brush my neck area only.

I love this Tohato Caramel Corn snack alot !! Do try it, and get addicted like I do :p I can easily finish one whole packet on my own.

Organic Cotton rounds and pads from The Body Shop. They retail for about $2+ or $3+ I think, very affordable !

Hmm more cleansing stuff ! I think my face is very "dirty" :x The Body Shop Soft Facial Cleansing Sponge and Facial Buffer.

I saw this The Body Shop Autumn Leaves Compact on several blogs.. and I got tempted.. I wanted to get both initially but I end up getting just this Berry one. The swatches are beautiful, remind me of MAC MSF. Hmm but.. one thing I notice about The Body Shop makeup, they break too easily ! This was what happened to my bronzer compact and eyeshadow :,( Or is it just me ?

I got this Biore Makeup Remover (for Eye & Lip) sample but yet to try yet. So far its reviews are good, from what I've gathered from most beauty blogs.

aquadisiac, the very 1st l'oreal chrome intensity palette i got my hands on. now, i'm still short of pink mania to complete the collection. should i ? i've been deciding for the longest time -,- i must say the colors are so very intense that my friend actually asked if i was going for some wedding dinner or party *faints* usually what you see on the pictures are kind of 'washed out' colors. in real life, the colors are seriously pigmented. you have to try to know.

 

my overall look without lip makeup. i prefer to take pictures in the toilet since the lighting there is the best (the rest really sucks :/).

on the very day i had this look on, i went far east plaza to buy some lashes. i bought at enamour, the shop best known for pushy sales girls :/ it is located at level 4 by the way. this girl who served me & my friend keep up-selling from head (hair products) to toe (foot mask). we came out $50 poorer each :/ 15 pairs of lashes, 1 black lash liner glue & double-lid stickers set.

here's my 1st look with lip makeup on. i'm using the giveaway prize i won from hazel, covergirl outlast lipstain - everbloom kiss.

what i like about this lipstain is that it is easy to draw on lips. it leaves a slight tint on lips, good enough to brighten up my whole look. it doesn't dry my lips and i love the accompanying lil' sweet scent. overall, i find it very cute to use as the packaging is just like a typical pink highlighter :D

hmm, i find the lashes natural since the length is not that long. they are slightly longer than my own mascara-ed lashes. however, the color of lashes are quite obvious. very natural lashes are usually quite fine and the color is not obvious.

by the way, the sales girl helped me put on the eyelashes. do note that once they let you TRY the lashes, simply means you must BUY the lashes. so, think twice.

oh, the very helpful girl also helped me put on the double eyelid stickers. yes, once tried considered sold.

the lashes look kind of glossy black right.

notice a slight change ? my lip makeup is more towards nude pink. you just have to apply a tiny bit of concealer on your stained lips.

the overall look is more sweet & demure kind.

i prefer this look more since the eye makeup is already kind of heavy somehow. the previous look is more suitable for going clubbing, wedding dinners, etc.

this is a simple neutral look with a twist. i lined my bottom lashline with a lime green eyeliner to "freshen" up the look.

what if the world is black & white ?

SAD T_T that'll be boring much. no colorful makeups. i'm so random hahas.

what a name for my LOTD(sometime back) ! hahas xD it's actually derived from the two main eye makeup products i used for this look. here goes.

this is a very simple daily look without looking ott (:

as you can see from the pictures, the glow is subtle.

and so, i used maybelline diamond glow 03 gray pink for this look. honestly, i've never been a huge fan of maybelline except maybe for some of its worthy mascaras. the usual maybelline eyeshadows were either too sheer or chalky for my liking. so what on earth made me get this then ? hmm i must have read it somewhere online that this is pretty good i guess.

i got this at john little when they are having 20% discount on this. don't ask me the retail price coz i forgot :x first of all, they aren't very shimmery(think kate, majolica majorca, fasio). It is a set of 4 gradational colours being a white highlighter, pink colour, silver and dark grey accent colour.

i love eyeliner wings ! simply line the top of your eye with a thick coat(which i always do). do remember to follow your lashline as close as possible, no gaps in between pls. for a natural daily look, extend it slightly. and, you are done (:

hello here's a LOTD entry yet again (: a lil' different this time coz i kinda used my somewad lousy camera to take pics.. usually i use my not-so-gd iPhone hahas.. arghhh i needa new camera !! any gd recommendation ? preferably wallet-friendly ones :p

anyway, the highlight of this LOTD is definitely the l'oreal chrome intensity - magic amber (: the colors are more vibrant & intensely pigmented than the usual ones.. they are packed with pure refined micro-pigments that allow intense colors which delivers a highly pearlised finish.. intrigued much ? i seriously love these babies so much !! fyi, i've aquadisiac which i bought, magic amber & timeless green given by l'oreal.. i'm short of pink mania ~_~ ok back to topic.. this wonderful collection is inspired by colors of the beautiful butterflies.. imagine the butterfly colors staying vibrantly hued after it dies.. hmm..

here's my overall look.. hmm noticed i dint include blusher in my makeup list ? coz i forgot to bring !! @_@ and so, the ingenious me used magic amber & addictive yellow in the palette in place of the usual blusher :p

hmm i mentioned to jones (miwitch) that the mascara was soso.. dat was my very 1st impression.. but after using it for few times, i kinda like it :p i also like dat it's very black ! i dint use eyelash curler.. no lash primer as well.. sooo miwitch, go ahead & use it ! ^^ (jus to clarify, the very obvious black speck is my mole -,-)

for the eyeshadow part, i dint use eye primer beforehand to show how the color payoff is like :3 the staying power is great.. no creasing, fading or wadsoever.. seriously for a $19.90 palette, wad not to like ? wont break ur piggy-bank definitely heez~ oh ya u can only get magic amber in departmental stores eg. robinsons, john little..

jus wanna say again.. i dint use eyelash curler.. oops i very long-winded i knw hahas xD

there r days which u feel like having a 'simple clean' look.. not using bright colors jus using beige to 'pop' the eyes.. minimal use of face foundation.. yet the look is jus nice & glowy.. the lashes r enhanced using a wonderful waterproof black mascara to give a subtle sweet flirty look.. lastly a sweet light pink blush on the apples of the cheeks to complete the look (:

this is one of my HG mascaras - maybelline magnum volume express waterproof black !! it was love at first try hahas ! it defines & curls my lashes effortlessly.. brush once for natural black lashes, twice for a more volumized effect, thrice u get flirty black lashes jus like mine :p~ no need to use eyelash curler in fact.. it doesnt clump, no flakes, no smudges.. no need to worry even if u cry.. u wont get panda eyes :s fyi, i'm using za curl volume mascara on my lower lashes.. love this too ^^

umm.. my eye look rather 'poppy' eh.. =,= jus wanna show u the wonders of this HG mascara..

i use etude house eye glow pencil no.2 i tink.. pearlescent white to line my eyes for a brightening effect..

see, i dint use eyelash curler at all :D~ woo hoo !~

i'm using shimmer beige from poole palette.. dont tink it's available anymore.. a pity coz the color payoff is gd.. it jus glides on nicely (:

as for the brows, i'm using k-palette real lasting eyebrow 24h 01 (brown) & shu uemura eyebrow manicure 'tawny gold'..

chapped lips checked +_+ anyways, i use a lip plumping vit e lip balm frm sasa to soften my lips then maybelline watershine lipstick 203 (nude). pouty nudish lips i likeee ^^

ooo i've rekindled my love for maybelline dream matte mousse foundation 'sand' !! i'm loving biore uv face milk as well, minus the funny smell :s both help mattify my skin well.. my face was glowy, minus the oily feel.. the za foundation 20 is used lightly to set the eye area only..

i spent abt an hr searching for gd buys.. end up buying the most from majolica majorca.. 3 mascaras.. 1 is mine.. le violet lash enamel glamour volume on.. no discount for this.. mj skin lingerie pore cover.. i've been wanting to get this ^^ 20%+10% off.. with $60 purchase, i received a free exclusive mj pouch !! red & gold.. reminds me of cny >,<

umm was kinda disappointed when i receive the goody bag.. i tink it's worth <$20.. see for urself.. :/
