I bought two of these Stila Lip Glaze Sticks (different colors), one as a gift and one for myself. They are somewhat similar to Clinique Chubby Sticks, though not as chubby. I've not tried Clinique ones before, so I can't compare 'em.

[Apricot]

A sheer soft apricot color, with silver micro-shimmer bits.

Glides on oh-so-smoothly. Easy to apply; just like applying lipstick. The texture is much-much softer though, as shown from the swatch on tissue above. Just need to lightly swipe on the lips will do. Then lightly press lips together and rub them against each other to evenly distribute the color.

Smells sweet, but dissipates rather quickly. Quite moisturizing, I would say. It has a nice shimmery gloss sheen finish (with a hint of color), sans the sticky feeling.

I really-really don't like the sharpening part, as the product will get stuck on the sharpener. I make it a point to wipe with a clean tissue after each application, so that I don't have to sharpen with every use.

All in all, a nice-to-have product.

LOTD:

I like the soft, blendable texture. The shimmer is subtle and imparts just the right amount of glow on my eyes and cheeks. Hmm.. I didn't try it on my lips though. I read online about the horrible creasings and such, but thankfully I didn't experience that. And, I didn't use any eye primer! Stays on beautifully for about 4 hours or so? More long-lasting than expected.

The (2) champagne pink & (3) light golden yellow shades are great as eye and cheek highlighters. Love (1) taupe brown on my lids and (4) bronzey orange as the contour shade. They just work so well together, for that perfect natural glowy look! ♥

A nice-to-have product, I would say. If you prefer strong pigmented colors, this is not for you (:

All 3 shades are absolutely gorgeous! I had wanted to get Pink Leopard (best-seller) for the longest time. In the end, I got this Too Faced Leopard Love Complexion Perfection Kit (more value-for-$) instead. No regrets definitely! Suitable for all skin tones, it says. The colors are sheer, but buildable. Imparts a beautiful glow on my skin (when mixed)! Not sure if the colors show up well on darker skin tones. A couple more swipes will do?

It is light-weight as the packaging is card-board material (pretty sturdy). Very convenient to bring it along wherever I go (in my makeup pouch). Comes with mirror, for easy touch-up. The choice of color(s) depend(s) on my mood. I'm naturally drawn to Pink Leopard most of the time ♥

Too Faced Leopard Love Complexion Perfection Kit is indeed a quality product from Too Faced. I recommend this to those who love leopard prints, pretty shimmery colors and of coz the uber cute packaging! Purrfect for me!

That was my simple LOTD for "白蛇传说之法海 The Sorcerer and The White Snake" Gala Premiere @ Shaw Lido (4 Oct 2011).

The movie was nicer than expected. Light-hearted and hilarious max! Chantana said that it was more of a summarized modern version. Hmm.. I dislike the animation (very cartoon-ish) and dubbing (very cheena-ish). 6.5/10

1st up, Maybelline Spring Blossoms 2011 Collection Pure Mineral Two-Way Cake Foundation. 1 sold in every minute in Japan! WOW impressive!

Honestly speaking, I was really surprised that Maybelline came up with such a kawaii-looking casing. Guess Maybelline is keeping up with the kawaii trend after the limited edition Hello Kitty Volum' Express Mascara? Well, I ain't complaining. I do wish Maybelline have more & more kawaii products coming up! A good example will be the newly launched Baby Lips Lip Balms, don't ya agree?

Peel off the plastic sheet and stick the adhesive part onto the casing.

I chose the shade OC-1.. a bit yellowish for me.. PO-1 will be better? More pinkish..

I will recommend this for those who prefer a light coverage powder foundation. I love the fact that the powder feels light and silky smooth on my skin. If you want more coverage, just apply a thin layer of foundation before using this powder. I'd tried before and it didn't make my face look cakey.

Canmake Nudy Glow Rouge, obviously not new in the market. I'm quite late in getting these.. Better be late than never :x

It's so hard to choose! It took me quite sometime to finally settle on these two: 02 Strawberry Whip & 06 Peach Milk.

The glosses have great pigmentation and they don't feel sticky on my lips at all despite the thick consistency. The overall look is milky nude glossy lips without any distinct shimmery bits. My lips feel plumper and moisturized thanks to the moisturizing agents (sodium hyaluronate, atelocollagen, royal jelly extract, rosemary extract, oriental wormwood extract, loquat leaf extract) & volumizing complex ♥

Don't apply on chapped lips as these glosses will accentuate the dryness which ain't a pretty sight. I would say it'll look gross?

The Body Shop "Brush with Fashion" Limited Collection For Eyes 02 A La Mode.

Swatches with just one swipe. I guess the black e/s have to be used wet? Coz it isn't pigmented at all -.-

I've problem with the pink e/s or izzit my problem? It ain't showing well on me.. *sad*

I like the intensity of the silver e/s as well as the white e/s which imparts a pretty soft glow on my brow bone area. See the pink e/s "refuse" to look pink on me >.<

See what I mean by super dated LOTD? The ugly spot above my lips. Now, it's no longer around thanks to the facial and skincare I've been using!
